A birth place of stars is seen here in this remarkable capture by the James Webb Space Telescope. Known as NGC 3324, it is also referred to as the Cosmic Cliffs. The dust clouds appear as galactic mountains and valleys, each peak being almost 7 light-years in height. This is an amazing image for understanding star formation and was taken using the infrared camera on the JWT.
